The Gracey Curette, AF 7/8 Rigid, is an area-specific curette designed to remove moderate calculus and root debridement. Its shanks have a little sharper curves than AF 13/14 Rigid pattern. Moreover, its wider blades are helpful for removing deep subgingival calculus and finishing the subgingival root.
